2010 REGISTRATION

Rockdale Courts, West Botany St, Rockdale
Please note that due to Renovations at the Club Registration is being held at the courts on both days
Registration Requirements:
**One parent or Player over the age 18 Must be a financial member of Arncliffe
Sports & Social Club
**Membership number needs to be supplied and will be verified with club.
**2 passport photos are required at time of registration.
**Payment needs to be completed before a player will be placed into a team.
**Please read Disclaimer on back of registration form and sign
**Forms can be downloaded and bought on the night or Emailed back and
payment to be Direct debited to our account.
Ask for details if this is preferred.
**Payment can be made by Personal Cheque or Credit card ( Photo ID required)There is a $5.00 fee for Credit Cards.
Grading Day will be held Wed, 10th Feb (Please be there 1/2 hr before )
9 - 10 yrs 4pm, 11 - 12 yrs 5pm, 13 - 14 yrs 6pm (at courts)
Meet & Greet sausage sizzle - Wed, 24th Feb 6.30pm
(This is where you will find out your Team / Coach and all training information) To be held at the courts.
First Day of play will be March 20th
***Please note that any outstanding 2009 monies needs
to be finalised before 2010 registraion will be accepted.

REGISTRATIONS
Registrations will be taken at Grading on 10th Feb 2010
After that date they will only be accepted online.
Download and complete the necessary form and email it back, Bank details will then be forwarded and payments must be recieved before you will be placed into a team
Placements will not be guaranteed before payments has been recieved
